Kevin Flynn

Kevin Flynn was a fun quickish build.  The main fabric is a slubby upholstery fabric and it’s quite warm to wear.  The tunic is polyester with a satin trim.  From an interview with the costume designers, all the fabrics were synthetic.  The electronics are two inch wide split electrode EL Tape from China (Aliexpress) and a matching inverter that is hidden in the identity disc holder.  The three 18650 lithium battery cells (in series) will power the jacket for several hours. The identity disc itself is the licensed toy with new LEDs to make it white instead of blue.
